Tell us the page or feature involved — for example the match screen, the list of girls online, or a specific guide — plus your device and browser and what you expected to happen. If it is a billing question, the rough date and amount help us find it quickly.
Reporting someone
If a match crosses a line, use the in-chat report and block tools right away rather than waiting — that flags the session for the moderation team with the context they need. You can email us too, but the in-chat report is the fastest way to act on it.
